Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – LambethLocation: Lambeth, South LondonStart Date: Immediate / As soon as possibleContract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term / PermanentAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Lambeth. The successful candidate will support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Learning Difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential in a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN. Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans. Encourage participation, independence, and progress for all learners. Support behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies. Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN. A caring, patient, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
