What You’ll Do Discover what matters most. Work hand-in-hand with customers to understand their pain points and ambitions, mapping out critical processes and identifying where our platform can make a real difference.Shape the solution. Collaborate with stakeholders and use our tools to design and configure custom software that delivers measurable results.Guide and empower. Lead engaging training sessions so users get the most from their new systems, and stay close post-launch to ensure long-term success.Learn and refine. Collect feedback and performance data to continuously enhance solutions and influence future product development.Stay ahead. Keep a pulse on what’s next in energy, utilities, manufacturing and construction and use that knowledge to steer smarter decisions. What You’ll Bring A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 Years Industry Experience.Solid hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or solution delivery.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.Confident communicator who can engage everyone from engineers to executives.Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL and comfort manipulating data.Familiarity with project management practices and delivery tools.Adaptability — you thrive when things move fast and priorities shift.Experience or interest in industrial sectors such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, or construction.Willingness to travel occasionally to collaborate with clients on-site.
