Maintenance Team Member - (Electrical) Location: Liverpool, L15 Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Ongoing Contract Rullion are looking for a talented Maintenance Team Member with strong Electrical and Mechanical skills to join a long-term contract at Liverpool Train Care Depot. Shift pattern 3-Shift (Days & Nights) Pay rates (3-Shift): First 12 weeks: PAYE £24.20 p/h / Umbrella £30.89 p/h After 12 weeks: PAYE £27.47 p/h / Umbrella £37.00 p/h IR35 status: Inside IR35 (PAYE & Umbrella only) Equipment: PPE provided by Rullion, tooling provided by client Your role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a senior member of the team, responsible for: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing high-profile rolling stock fleets Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Supporting continuous improvements in quality and performance About you: We're looking for individuals with: A recognised ONC/NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification is essential Experience in Rolling Stock, Aerospace, Military Engineering, Automotive, or other large-scale transport sectors Strong Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding skills Flexibility to work shifts (including nights and weekends if required) Reside in the North-West region (due to travel time and fatigue considerations) Important: A strict Drug & Alcohol policy applies - testing will be required prior to start.
