We're currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Cobham. Must have previous experience in Lettings or Property Management. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £22,000 OTE £30,000 Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.30pm, Friday's 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu) 9 day working fortnight Performance based incentives Great career progression Contribution towards gym/sports club memberships or private health insurance Life assurance Responsibilities: Property Management Administration Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants Progress tenancy applications, referencing, and paperwork Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues or queries Coordinate and manage property maintenance Carry out property inspections Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements Support landlords with tenancy renewals and property-related/market advice Key Skills: Must have previous experience in Lettings, or Property Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail Confident problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure A professional and approachable manner with a focus on customer service Must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car Additional Company Information: This family-run estate agency has been a trusted part of the local community for years, combining genuine care with a real passion for property.
