EYFS SEN Support Assistant – Autism Focus Location: Peterlee Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Start Date: ASAPLove helping children find their voice and confidence? This EYFS role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and supporting young learners with autism.You’ll work one-to-one and in small groups, encouraging communication, creativity, and curiosity. Each moment you share helps a child take a step closer to independence.The role involves: Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with autism Using visual aids, sensory tools, and routines to support learning Teaming up with teachers, speech therapists, and families to ensure progress You’ll need: Experience in an early years or SEND setting A nurturing and consistent approach A big dose of patience and empathy The ability to drive is a bonus Protocol Education offers full support, free training, and weekly pay – we’re here to help you do your best work.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
