You’ll be part of a professional, passionate, and supportive training team that’s expanding due to continued growth.This is a great opportunity to work in a forward-thinking organisation that values quality, professionalism, and exceptional client service.We offer: Competitive base salary of £35,740 per annum, rising to £37,740 after probationAll travel expenses covered, including mileage, accommodation, subsistence, and train or flight costs20 days’ holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working — home working when not at the head office or on client sitesEmployee Assistance ProgrammePerkbox accessFree parkingBirthday day off (after probation)Voucher recognition schemeAccess to further training and professional qualifications Are you the right person for the job?Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Aviation Security Instructor who can confidently deliver engaging, compliant training at airports and aviation facilities across the UK.You’ll need to be based in the UK, have a full driving licence and your own vehicle, and be happy to travel frequently — including overnight stays and week-long trips.Essential (non-negotiable) requirements: Certified Instructor Number (CIN)At least 2 years of experience delivering Aviation Security coursesMust hold RFX (Recognition of Firearms and Explosives) qualificationExperience delivering GSO (Ground Security Operatives) and ideally GSS (Ground Security Supervisors) courseHBR (Hold Baggage Reconciliation) qualification is desirableFull UK driving licence and access to your own carWillingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK What will your role look like?As an Aviation Security Instructor, you’ll deliver high-quality aviation security training across the UK, ensuring all courses meet regulatory standards and provide an engaging learning experience.Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering aviation security training at airports and client sites across the UK (courses range from 1 to 8 days)Assist, where required, in creating training objectives, lesson plans, and supporting materials using PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office SuiteManaging and maintaining training resources to ensure all materials are current and compliantProviding excellent customer service to clients and delegates throughout each courseMaintaining accurate learner records and feedback documentationRepresenting the company professionally and supporting its strong reputation for qualityUsing digital systems such as SharePoint, email, and Microsoft Office for communication and documentation What’s next?
