Job Title: Injection Mould ToolmakerPosition: permanentLocation: StevenageSalary: £40000 per annumWorking hours: 41.5 per week Monday- Thursday 8-5pm Monday-Friday 8-4pmBenefits:23 days holiday plus bank holidayAuto Enrolment PensionFlexibility on hoursOnsite Parking23 days Holiday + BH41.5 hours per weekOvertime availableWe are now seeking to recruit Injection Mould Toolmaker to carry out manufacture and modification of Injection mould tools in a modern well equipped toolroom,with Hurco machining centres, Sodick Wire eroders, Sodick CNC Spark eroders, Jones & Shipman surface grinders, in house design using Pro Engineer and CAM programming using PowermillMain Duties and Responsibilities: Use of manual milling machinesUse of lathesUse of surface and cylindrical grindersUse of manual and CNC spark erodersUse of CNC wire eroderModification & repair of Injection Mould ToolsManufacture and fitting of new injection mould toolsUsing hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grindersExperience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fittingWiring of Hot runner systems and fault finding To be considered for the role you must have: Experience in injection mould Toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling,grinding and fittingUnderstand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould toolsincluding their repairMaintenance, repair and modification of Injection Mould ToolsPreparing new Mould Tools for ProductionCandidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a smallbusiness If you think this is appropriate opportunity, please email your CV to ;or contact Marta onOmega is an employment agency specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Energy & Renewables and Tech sectors.
