Your Role In this role, you will provide high-quality classroom cover across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity and structure for students.You will maintain a positive learning environment, follow lesson plans, engage pupils in meaningful learning, and support their progress throughout the school day. What We’re Looking For We require a minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with additional needs.You must be able to communicate effectively, build positive relationships, and motivate learners of different ages and abilities.A genuine passion for education, strong behaviour management, and a professional, nurturing approach are essential.
