SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each studentAssist students in developing academic skills, social skills, and independenceMonitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as neededCommunicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with students with SENUnderstanding of SEN Code of PractiseExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different learning styles and strategiesAbility to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needsStrong organisational skillsPatience and empathy Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN supportExperience working with students with specific learning difficulties Working Conditions: Part-time hoursTemporary positionWork closely with students in educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
