It’s a setting where creativity, patience and teamwork come together to transform lives.As an HLTA, you will take on increased responsibility within both primary and secondary classes. You will support teachers, lead small groups and occasionally deliver sessions, helping pupils engage with learning in a safe and structured environment. This full-time role offers an immediate start and the chance to contribute to a setting where every achievement is celebrated.
