Pay rate – £51,356.00 to 53,460.00 per annum Contract – Temporary Middlesbrough Borough Council are currently recruiting an experienced Corporate Performance Manager. Making sure we have the right performance culture to drive achievement of this vision will be key. This is why the Council is investing in its ‘Corporate Engine Room’ and recruiting a Corporate Performance Manager who will lead a new team that will provide performance management, outcome focussed expertise. The role will be influential with elected Members and senior leaders, driving a performance management culture that uses data and analytics to track the impact of Council activities on the outcomes that it is trying to achieve for the town. Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
