You will support children with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored for children with SEN Provide one-on-one or small group support for learning and development Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development Keep accurate records of student progress and classroom activities Promote inclusion and participation in all school activities Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach Relevant qualifications or training in SEN or education support desirable DBS clearance or willingness to obtain How to Apply: Please submit your CVAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
