Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Wareham Pay Rate: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (depending on experience) Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full time/Part timeAre you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs to reach their full potential?GSL Educationare seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to work in a school in the Wareham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and resilient teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with SEND, ensuring both academic progress and personal growth.As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to meet diverse learning needs.Provide individualised support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement effective support strategies.Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive. Requirements for SEN teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.Experience working with pupils with special educational needs.A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.Strong classroom management and communication skills.An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
