Desired Skills and Experience: ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification, demonstrating financial expertise.A self-motivated, proactive leader with a track record of driving results.Prior experience in the construction and property industry, understanding its unique dynamics.Exceptional interpersonal and communication.Proven ability to manage and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence.Thrives in fast-paced environments, delivering with precision under tight deadlines.Proficient in Excel, adept at leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
