About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored learning plans.Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.Assist with personal care and promote positive behaviour strategies.Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
