Job Title:Site ManagerLocation:ShrewsburyThorn Baker's award-winning house builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their busy Construction team. Committed to the highest standards of design, construction, and service this is an opportunity to work with an incredibly successful company with over fifty years' experience across the UK who specialise in sustainable net zero homes.What's in it for you: Competitive salary of up to £68,000 per annum(commensurate with experience)Generous Bonus SchemeCompany car or car allowanceFuel AllowanceContributory pension and healthcareLife CoverBenefits portal - includes gym discounts, wellbeing support etc...Industry-leading training and opportunities to progress within the business Your Responsibilities: Manage a construction site, to ensure the development is completed on time, to specification and safety regulations, while complying with company and construction build and quality standardsEnsure all quality and safety inspections are within quality control standards and carried out in accordance with Group guidelinesFacilitate communication and coordinate activities with external third-parties, such as warranty provider, local authorities and utility companies to ensure achievement of the build programmeMaintaining accurate records for the development including but not limited to, Staff Inductions, Health, Safety and Environment, timesheets, incident reports, quality control checklistsEnsure materials are called off in a timely manner and checked and stored in accordance with Group guidelinesDirect and supervise activity of the workforce, including all subcontractors, to ensure works are completed on time, to the desired quality standards and within budgetFull job description available upon request Required Skills: Experience within timber framehouse building industry.Understanding of working alongside NHBCPrevious success within Pride in the Job preferred Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislationFull UK Driving LicenseCurrent CSCS Card, preferably with SMSTS and First Aid at Work.Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 6in Construction Management preferred For more information on the role please contact Chloeat Thorn Baker on or email:TCH01
