Role: SEO & Paid Media Specialist Location: Brighton Hours: Full-time Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum An excellent opportunity has arisen for a SEO & Paid Media Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established and growing organisation within the motor trade industry, based in Brighton. Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional day off for your birthday Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Specsavers eye test voucher Comprehensive training and career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative workplace culture The Requirements: Proven experience managing end-to-end digital strategies from planning to execution Strong analytical skills using GA4, Search Console, and conversion tracking Ability to translate campaign data into insight-driven recommendations Knowledge of user journeys, funnel optimisation, and lead nurturing Experience with website CMS updates, SEO, and UX best practices Skilled in email marketing automation, segmentation, and A/B testing Social media management including paid campaign experience Understanding of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and ROI tracking Excellent copywriting and communication skills Confident liaising between marketing, IT, and leadership teams Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about sustainability and brand integrity The Role: Take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and drive performance across all digital channels Manage website content, ensuring SEO optimisation and a polished brand experience Plan and deliver email and social media campaigns with measurable results Analyse campaign data to optimise performance and inform future strategy Manage product listings, digital sales initiatives, and cross-functional coordination Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement If you're keen to join a creative and innovative team that values insight, collaboration, and growth, then please apply to this role below or call Jamie Watson on 01273 063769 between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
