Support Worker - Preston Pay: From Real Living Wage and above (dependent on experience and shift type) Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts (including waking nights) Contract: Agency / Ongoing flexible work Precedo Healthcare are seeking experienced support workers to work within a supported living residential unit in Preston, which provides high-quality 24-hour supported living services to adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and associated conditions, enabling people to live as independently as possible, and lead fulfilling lives within their local community. What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live safely and confidently in their own homes. Your day-to-day support may include: · Providing 1:1 person-centred care and support · Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances · Supporting with medication and personal care (where required) · Encouraging people to engage in their community, hobbies, and activities About You: We're looking for people who are: · Kind, patient, and genuinely care about others · Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing quality support · Able to work full-time or Part time, including nights and weekends Precedo Healthcare is committed to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
