We are looking for a highly motivated People Projects Manager to join our People Directorate on a fixed-term basis.This role will lead the delivery of key people-related projects, including staff engagement, sickness, the annual NHS Staff Survey, and transformation initiatives across our people services.You'll work closely with senior colleagues to provide scope, governance and assurance on a range of projects, ensuring involvement and effectiveness of project team members in delivery of agreed outcomes. This is a great opportunity to lead and influence meaningful change and improve staff experience across the Trust.As People Projects Manager you'll be leading the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects across the Trust. You will be supported by a Project Support Officer to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You'll be leading stakeholder communications, ensuring teams stay informed and engaged.
