Orka Financial are seeking a driven Management Accountant to join their clients finance team based in Bracknell. This role would suit an ACCA or CIMA studier with experience in month-end reporting, journal postings, and financial forecasting. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate ledgers, producing financial reports.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts, and financial forecasts. Collaborate with the wider finance team to effectively manage cash flow and improve forecasting accuracy. Oversee and maintain accurate financial ledgers Support the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasting Financial analyses to assist management with decision-making Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the finance function. Skills & Experience:Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification Experience supporting a Finance team Strong experience in month-end processes, journals Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
