Recruitment Assistant (Temp to Perm) Location: Hook, Hampshire Pay: £12.80 - £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 100% office-based, finishing at 4:30pm Are you highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail? About the Role We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting the full recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms Shortlisting CVs and liaising with candidates Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records Supporting on-boarding processes, including processing DBS checks Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation throughout What We're Looking For: Strong administrative experience is essential Previous recruitment experience (even a little!) would be an advantage Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
