Workshop ControllerPembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their Aftersales Department.As a Workshop Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for allocating work, managing resources, monitoring performance, and delivering the highest standards of customer service.The Role:Manage daily workshop operations to maximise efficiency and productivityAllocate work effectively to Technicians, ensuring skills are matched to tasksMonitor performance and maintain manufacturer and dealership standardsResolve customer queries in line with company and manufacturer guidelinesSupport, coach, and motivate the workshop team to achieve successThe Person: We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
