My client has a well-established and highly regarded care home, located near Hythe in Kent, is seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to join their leadership team.About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents.
