Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team and work across a range of SEN schools in the Andover area.What the role involves: Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs Assisting classroom teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment Helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines Adapting activities and learning materials to suit individual abilities Maintaining a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere We’re looking for people who: Are caring, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young people Can adapt quickly and work confidently in different school settings Are reliable and able to take on ad-hoc, short-notice placements Have experience in SEN (desirable but not essential) Hold or are willing to obtain a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service Why work with Teaching Personnel? £13.75 per hour Flexible work that suits your lifestyle A dedicated consultant to support your development Opportunities for training and career progression The chance to make a meaningful difference every day All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
