We are seeking a passionate and skilled ICT Senior Analyst to join their Applications Development team. What You’ll Be Doing As an ICT Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering smarter, more efficient digital services by: Leading the support, development, and enhancement of key business applications Providing expert technical advice and guidance across the organisation Supporting digital transformation projects that improve customer experience and reduce manual processes Collaborating with ICT teams to proactively enhance systems and resolve technical issues Designing and implementing secure, high-performing IT solutions Troubleshooting complex 2nd- and 3rd-line technical issues Working closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their IT needs Maintaining clear documentation and staying up to date with industry trends What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, productivity tools) Experience supporting cloud-based and on-premise applications Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL query writing A solid understanding of data integration and system connectivity Experience leading technical projects Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies Why Apply Through City Centre Recruitment?
