We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent insurance broker in Tunbridge Wells, who are seeking an experienced Account Handler specialising in Professional Indemnity (PI) and Financial Lines to join their growing corporate team.This is a fantastic opportunity to handle complex corporate clients across professional services, technology, and financial sectors, providing technical expertise and outstanding service. The Role:As a PI and Financial Lines Account Handler, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, supporting renewals, servicing queries, and liaising with insurers to deliver tailored insurance solutions. You'll also work closely with Account Executives and senior management to provide a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries for PI and financial lines clientsPreparing policy documentation, reports, and renewal presentationsLiaising with insurers to secure competitive and bespoke coverSupporting Account Executives in strategic client placementsMaintaining compliance with FCA regulations and internal proceduresBuilding and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships About You: Experience as an Account Handler in PI and/or Financial Lines within a broker or insurerStrong technical knowledge of PI, D&O, Cyber, and related financial coversExcellent communication and client relationship skillsConfident handling complex corporate clientsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactiveActuris or similar broking software experience preferredCert CII qualified or working towards (support provided) What's on Offer: Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experienceHybrid working options (2-3 days office / home flexibility)25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension scheme and company benefitsFull support for professional qualifications and career developmentCollaborative, professional team environmentOpportunity to work on high-value corporate clients and complex insurance programmes If you're a technically skilled Account Handler with experience in PI and Financial Lines, and you're looking for a growing brokerage where your expertise is valued, this is an excellent opportunity.Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion about the role.
