About the Role Are you ready to do something different with your clinical skills? We’re seeking qualified Nurses to join our client’s team as Nurse Assessors. This is a hybrid role based in Oxford, offering a mix of home working and on-site assessments. Applications are also welcomed from Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. You’ll conduct functional health assessments for individuals applying for disability-related benefits, helping decision-makers understand how conditions impact daily life. This is a non-treatment role focused on assessment and reporting, with full training provided. What You’ll Do Carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments in a supportive, non-clinical environment. Produce accurate, detailed reports used by decision-makers. Review medical evidence and claimant information to produce clear, structured reports. What You’ll Need Minimum 1 year post-registration experience as a Nurse, OT or Physio. Current registration with NMC, HCPC or relevant UK body. Strong communication, observation and IT skills. Ability to write clear, structured reports. What’s on Offer Salary: £45,500 starting salary. Work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, no nights or weekends. Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week at a local consultation center.
