Associate / Senior Associate - Property LitigationNorth Finchley, London£70-90k30% commission over 3 x billing My client, a highly respected and long-established law practice based in North Finchley, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and collaborative team. With around 50 employees and modern offices conveniently located close to the Northern Line (with parking nearby), this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a strong reputation and supportive environment. The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Litigation and working alongside a close-knit team of three fee earners (supported by dedicated paralegals), the successful candidate will manage a broad range of property litigation matters including: Landlord & Tenant disputes Service charge and leasehold disputes Section 21 and Section 8 Notices Breach of contract matters Debt recovery and repossessions Boundary disputes TOLATA claims Occasionally assisting with commercial and employment litigation matters The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3+ years' PQE in property litigation (or general litigation with strong property exposure) Excellent communication and client-handling skills Able to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge and an organised, commercial approach The Work Environment You'll be joining a friendly, professional, and team-oriented environment with proactive D&I and mental health policies.
