Job DescriptionWe are looking for an In Store Trainer for our new Max&Co. Flagship Store in London! This role is essential in developing the skills, product knowledge, and service excellence of our sales team, ensuring they deliver an elevated and engaging shopping experience aligned with Brand standards.The ideal candidate is an experienced retail professional with strong communication and coaching abilities, able to inspire others and support their growth through structured training, continuous on-floor observation, and personalized feedbackKey Responsabilities - Ensuring the achievement of training objectives assigned by HQ, including e-learning completion and in-store development plans. - Supporting the continuous growth of the sales team through structured coaching, product training, and reinforcement of service standards. - Overseeing and monitoring the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with Brand expectations. - Observing team behaviours on the sales floor to evaluate service quality and product knowledge, providing timely feedback both on the floor and through dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions. - Maintaining extensive knowledge of collections, product categories, materials, and styling guidelines, ensuring this expertise is effectively transferred to the team. - Promoting the use of digital tools to support training, improve operational efficiency, and enhance communication with internal stakeholders. - Supporting sustainable practices within the store by promoting behaviours that enhance environmental care, business process efficiency, and organizational wellbeing.
