RLR have a great opportunity for you with one of the Build to Rent sector’s leading organisations.As General Manager for this flagship development in London, you will be integral to the ongoing operations of this awesome BTR asset, lead and develop the on-site team and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.There is massive potential within this role so please reach out to Francis at RLR to find more about this position and the opportunity available!Role : General Manager (Build to Rent)Location : LondonSalary : £70,000 – £75,000 + BonusRole Overview : Customer Service – Lead on service delivery to all stakeholders and represent the development to the highest standardsStaff Management – Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and valuesFinancial and Reporting – Lead annual budget setting processes and ensure performance against them, monitoring closely throughoutMarketing and Leasing – Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategyBuilding Operations – Take overall responsibility for the entire estate and ensure any requirements are dealt with promptlyFacilities Management and H&S – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations Who we are searching for : An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the BTR or Residential Living industriesAn individual with financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&Ls and leasing strategyExperience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing teamExcellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skillsIRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable) We look forward to hearing from you and discussing this role further!
