Job DescriptionManage team of globally distributed Royalties Managers/Executives (currently 10-12)Reorganise and optimise existing team as necessarySystem champion for WestEnd royalties/rights management system – optimising use of current state and significantly contributing to any further system development (of this system and any that it interacts with such as CRM and ERP)Accountable for accurate and timely processing of all inbound licensee royalty statementsAccountable for accurate and timely issuing of all invoicing (minimum guarantee, overage, fixed fee, promotional fee etc)Accountable for cash collection and managing aged debt levels, including escalation processManage credit check process for new contractsSetting and monitoring suitable KPIs for royalty processing teamAccountable for managing licensee forecast cycles efficiently in conjunction with Partnership Finance and FP&A needsMeeting Licensor reporting requirements (such as % royalty statements processed or collection targets)
