Job Summary: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and safely. You'll utilize your skills in: · Vehicle safety checks· Inspecting vehicles to find faults· Using computer software to diagnose defects in the vehicle/software updates· Repair and service of mostly brand-new products· Working closely with our brand partners to help with product enhancement, which may also involve providing technical support for media events· Fitting new parts and repairing damaged or worn-out parts· Road testing vehicles· Ensure vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately· Fuelling/charging vehicles· Completing brand specific training courses when requested or required Qualifications: Completion of an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent BTEC, City & Guilds qualifications or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. IMI accredited· Level 3 high voltage qualification preferred, but not essential as training can be given· Maths and English Qualifications· A full UK Driving licence· Outstanding attention to detail· Problem solving skills· Observe all health and safety regulations· Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues· A high focus on continued development by adapting and learning new tools/techniques as needed, with a willingness to embrace change.· Flexibility – you may be asked, within reason, to undertake other duties over and above those listed above.
