This role is ideal for a teacher who is committed to inspiring students and delivering outstanding results in English Language and Literature.The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum.Teach a range of abilities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.Collaborate with the English department and wider school staff to support student development.
