WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADERLocation: HU7, HullHours: Full time, Monday to FridayShifts: Rotational – 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6amPay Rate: £15.49 (days) / £16.49 (nights)Contract Type: Temp to PermStart: ImmediateWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operation in the HU7 area of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:⦁ Supervising a small team of two FLT drivers⦁ Delegating daily tasks and coordinating workflow⦁ Liaising closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations⦁ Supporting with warehouse duties as required⦁ Maintaining high standards of safety and efficiencyRequirements:⦁ Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience⦁ Valid FLT licence preferred (most of the team operate counterbalance and reach trucks)⦁ Strong communication and organisational skills⦁ Ability to work across all three shift patternsIf you are a reliable, proactive team leader looking for your next opportunity, please get in touch to apply.
