Join a leading Build to Rent organisation as Maintenance Manager to manage and undertake all Maintenance requirements for a premium Build to Rent development in Central London.Role : Maintenance Manager (Build to Rent)Hours : Monday to FridayLocation : Central LondonSalary : £45,000 - £50,000 + BonusRole Overview : Manage and undertake all maintenance requirements for a premium BTR developmentCarry out and record the results / outcome of weekly, monthly, and other cyclical checks, testing and maintenance routinesOversee and organize apartment inspections and apartment Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ensuring good records are kept at all timesManage building compliance requirements related to Health and SafetySupervise and coordinate third party contractors working on site Person Specification: Relevant experience at a similar level is requiredStrong interpersonal skills essential as this is a customer facing roleIT literate with experience of using CRM / CAFM systems to monitor, track and update reported issues essentialWell-organised and must have strong Administration skillsA positive mindset and adaptable/ receptive to change in a rapidly expanding businessA team player overall, but can work independently for large amounts of time, accounting for their work output Please reach out to Francis at Residential Living Recruitment for more information!
