Now Hiring: Night Warehouse Operatives - Park Royal Join a fast-paced, growing operation in Park Royal! We're looking for fully flexible Warehouse Operatives to support our client's busy night shift. Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF 8 PM - 8 AM (12-hour shifts) Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour - weekly pay What You'll Be Doing: Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with precision and care Working efficiently in a busy, fast-moving warehouse environment Standing, walking, and staying active for the full shift Following strict hygiene and safety procedures Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to achieve nightly goals ✔️ Requirements: Fully flexible and able to commit to 12-hour night shifts (4 on / 4 off) Comfortable with physical work and long periods of movement Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential Progression Path: Become a Trained Operative Earn an extra £0.50 per hour (increasing your rate to £14.00/hr) Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles How to Apply: Apply online with your CV or call 020 899 899 10 for more information.
