Our client, a forward-thinking leader in the avionics sector, is currently seeking a UAS Avionics Engineer to join their innovative team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge drone technology and avionics systems. Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and testing avionics systems for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Piloting and operating drones for various testing and operational purposes Implementing and ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting on avionics components Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate avionics systems Preparing technical documentation and reports on testing and operational findings Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of avionics technologies and industry advancements Providing technical support and training to team members and stakeholders Job Requirements: Experience in drone piloting and UAS operations Comprehensive understanding of avionics systems and their applications Strong foundation in the principles of aviation and avionics engineering Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and simulation software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Relevant degree in avionics, aerospace engineering, or a related field Benefits: Competitive salary Exposure to cutting-edge drone and avionics technologies Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning Supportive and forward-thinking work environment Fixed-term contract with the potential for future opportunities If you are an experienced UAS Avionics Engineer looking for a challenging and exciting new role, we would love to hear from you.
