Job DescriptionAs Compliance Administrator you will ensure compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.Working hours: 5 from 7 days, 8 hour shifts.Salary: £25,896 per annum.Key Duties of a Compliance Administrator: To provide administrative support the Fleet Management team and Fleet Team and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse Office.Filing of service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates and logbooks and chase outstanding paperwork and documents.Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant informationArranging callouts which require immediate action.Book relevant tests for fuel trucks and tankers when required.Ensure all trucks are serviced to legal requirements.Planning and arranging equipment inspections.Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.Update and maintain MyFleet.Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.Assist with Driverline calls when volumes peak.Update the Group on any legal obligations to be complied with.Any other administrative duties within reasonable request.
