Marketing Business Partner Contract: Fixed‑term (maternity cover), 24 hours per week (Pro‑rata) Salary: £18,286.72 – £20,029.34 per annum (pro‑rata) Would consider full‑time (salary £28,192‑30,879) for an exceptional candidate Think FE are proud to be working with a well respected further education college in Northampton to appoint a dynamic Marketing Business Partner to join the team on a fixed‑term basis. You will: Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that raise the profile of the college and support student recruitment. Craft engaging content across digital channels: website, blog, social media, email. Oversee website content management, ensure it is up‑to‑date, relevant and optimised for user experience. Produce social media content (text, graphics, short video) and manage social media planning, scheduling and engagement. Organise internal and external marketing events — open days, enrolment events, campus tours, collaborative community activities — to showcase the college and its student opportunities. Monitor campaign performance: track metrics, analyse results, prepare concise reports, and iterate strategies based on insight. Work collaboratively across departments (Admissions, Curriculum Teams, Student Services) to ensure marketing activity is aligned with recruitment goals and brand identity. What we’re looking for A strong track record of designing and delivering marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, event, print) in a busy environment. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) – ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline. Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) for websites and with social media management tools. Excellent writing skills: ability to create engaging copy for social media, web pages, promotional materials. Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. Comfortable analysing data and drawing insights to improve campaign performance. A self‑starter who thrives working collaboratively and independently, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
