We are working with a highly regarded law firm in the City that is looking for an experienced Property Finance Paralegal to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain exposure to high-value lending matters.The Role: Assist fee earners with the preparation and review of loan documentation, security agreements and related legal documentsConduct due diligence on borrowers and collateralLiaise with lenders, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processesMaintain accurate records and manage case files efficientlySupport senior lawyers with drafting and compliance tasks About You: Minimum 1 year of experience in secured lending (ideally acting for lenders)Strong understanding of loan documentation and security structuresExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach Why Apply?
