In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, ensuring our residents receive safe, effective and compassionate support in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.You’ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team and have access to ongoing training and career progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & PracticeDeliver evidence-based nursing care in line with NMC standards.Carry out robust assessments, plan care, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes.Administer medication safely and accurately, following company and legal guidelines.Monitor and manage chronic conditions, wounds, catheter care, PEG care and other clinical tasks.Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in clinical presentation.Leadership & Team SupportProvide guidance and support to care staff, ensuring high standards of practice.Delegate tasks appropriately while ensuring safety and resident wellbeing.Promote a positive, collaborative working environment.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date care records.Ensure all policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements and CQC standards are followedLiaise with GP services, allied health professionals and families to ensure coordinated care.Resident ExperienceBuild trusting relationships with residents and their families.Advocate for residents’ rights, dignity and independence.Support a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.About YouWe welcome applications from nurses who are:NMC Registered (RGN, RMN or RNLD) – essentialPassionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred clinical careConfident in clinical decision-making and risk assessmentStrong communicators with excellent organisational skillsAble to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating, including weekendsCompassionate, patient and dedicated to improving the lives of othersBoth newly qualified and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
