As we scale, we are building a dedicated Artist Representation division to support and elevate photographers, directors, and multidisciplinary image-makers shaping contemporary visual storytelling. We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Photo Rep in London to play a foundational role in this next chapter.Position Overview:You are deeply embedded in London’s creative ecosystem — from luxury houses and creative agencies to top stylists, editors, and producers. You have a proven history of representing talent, securing high-level opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships.This role combines talent representation, business development, and strategic brand building. You will help define the roster, shape artist careers, and build this department from the ground up.Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships across luxury brands, fashion houses, creative agencies, production companies, and editorial teamsRepresent and advocate for our artists — securing campaigns, editorial commissions, commercial content, motion projects, and cultural collaborationsIdentify and onboard new talent aligned with our creative visionLead pricing strategy, deal negotiation, and contract discussionsDrive consistent outreach: portfolios, decks, newsletters, and client updatesManage artist calendars, holds, and project communicationsProvide career development guidance: positioning, portfolio strategy, and brand alignmentCollaborate closely with our production and post teams to ensure smooth execution of booked workMaintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and relationship logsAttend industry events, fashion weeks, exhibitions, dinners, and key cultural moments in London and EuropeRequirements:3–5+ years as a Photo Rep / Agent or senior talent representation role within a creative, production, or editorial environmentEstablished network across fashion, beauty, luxury, editorial, and advertising communities — particularly in London (European/global network a plus)Track record of securing bookings and driving artist growthDemonstrated ability to build or scale an artist rosterDeep understanding of visual culture, luxury markets, and creative industry standardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful — energised by growth-stage environmentsHighly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple prioritiesBased in London with strong in-person industry presenceEnglish fluency required; multilingual a plusWhat We Offer:The opportunity to build and lead our London representation divisionCompetitive salary + performance-based commission structureStrong production and post-production infrastructure behind youThe ability to curate and champion a forward-thinking artist rosterCreative, ambitious, and collaborative cultureIf you are a connector, a builder, and a champion of creative talent — and you are energised by the opportunity to establish and grow a new artist representation arm in London — we’d love to hear from you.To Apply:Please send your CV, relevant artist/client links, and a brief note about your experience and your vision for shaping a representation roster in London.Powered by JazzHR
