We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for adapting, creating, and optimizing digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email/CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in video and still editing, and a deep understanding of digital media trends. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Social Media & Video Production Lead the creation of engaging social content, staying on top of trends to fuel social platforms Edit short-form and long-form videos, optimizing them for various social media and digital formats. Assist in still image editing, ensuring high-quality visuals for all digital touchpoints. Support social shoot production, including briefing, producing, directing, editing, and delivering final assets To become a social expert within the skincare industry and share insights and learnings with key stakeholders Content Creation & Adaptation Adapt global brand assets for use across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement. Create, design, and format digital content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads. Edit and refine both video and still imagery to align with brand guidelines and platform requirements. Asset & Content Management Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure streamlined content management and accessibility. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging. RequirementsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3-5 years' experience with digital content, client or agency side. Able to demonstrate a portfolio of creative projects that delivered results. Skills & Requirements: TikTok and Instagram native and understands how to work with the algorithm A social video editor who stays current in their style and likes to push bounties to get noticed Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media content adaptation. Strong knowledge of social media and advertising platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Meta Power user of the following: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign Familiar with: Video Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar Prototyping Platforms: Figma, Sketch or similar CRM, CMS & Email Marketing: Ometria, Amplience Project Management Tools: Monday.com Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in asset management and content organization is a plus.
