You will work closely with managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth internal processes, timely task completion, and high organisational efficiency.This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, multitasking, and supporting teams to operate at their best.Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks across Pearl Lemon’s business units.Maintain documentation, checklists, trackers, SOPs, and operational records.Support managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.Ensure tasks are completed on time and communicate updates to relevant teams.Assist in onboarding processes for new team members and client flows.Monitor KPIs, pull reports, and flag any issues or delays early.Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency across the organisation.Skills & RequirementsStrong organisational and administrative skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to multitask across multiple brands and deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment.Experience with project/ops tools is an advantage.Past experience in operations or admin support is preferred but not mandatory.What You’ll GainFully remote position with a diverse global team.Exposure to 15+ business verticals across digital, PR, accounting, gaming, and hospitality.Fast learning curve and opportunities for internal growth.Direct mentorship from experienced managers and leaders.A dynamic, entrepreneurial work culture.How to ApplySend your CV/resume to: hr@pearllemongroup.comSubject Line: Operations Assistant – Your Name
