Residential Conveyancer Location: Finchley Hours: Full-time Working pattern: Hybrid working Salary: from £55,000 per annum and above + generous bonus package, negotiable! ⚖️ Experience Level: around 5 years PQE We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients thriving and well-established Finchley law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to manage a busy caseload while enjoying a supportive environment that values professional development and work-life balance. ✅ Essential Knowledge & Experience of Conveyancer: Minimum of 5 years residential conveyancing experience, including freehold and leasehold transactions, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages gained in a legal practice. The 5 years experience can include pre qualifying experience. The firm are interested in Qualified Solicitors, CILEx Legal Executives & Fee Earning Paralegals ✅ Conveyancer Essential Abilities Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
