Our international client are seeking to appoint a temporary Group Company Secretary for a 6 month fixed term contract.The Temporary Group Company Secretary will provide dedicated, administrative, and organisational support to the busy Group Company Secretarial function to enable the Company Secretary to deliver timely, high-quality governance, compliance, and board support across the Group. You will be proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a willingness to learn, have a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, with a collaborative approach and the ability to support colleagues across different jurisdictions.You will need 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will need strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently on routine tasks, while escalating appropriately.To apply for this role please send a copy of your CV to or call.
