Personal Injury Solicitor – Leeds A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or accomplished file handler to join its growing personal injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a caseload of orthopaedic RTA claims from cradle to grave, within a supportive and progressive legal environment. The role requires office presence in Leeds twice a week.This role is ideal for a technically strong Litigator who thrives on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients while working collaboratively within a high-performing team.The Role:You will manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated orthopaedic personal injury claims, including: RTA claims involving fractures (e.g. ribs, limbs, fingers, toes)Primarily portal claims, with fast-track potentialEscalation of higher value/multi-fracture claims exceeding £25K to Multi-Track/SI teamsHandling cases independently from inception to resolution This is a rewarding position offering both challenge and variety, suited to candidates who are focused on maximising damages and delivering excellent client service.Key Responsibilities: Manage your caseload efficiently from instruction through to settlement or trialProvide a high standard of client care and maintain regular communicationInvestigate liability and quantum thoroughly, raising and advising on issues such as contributory negligenceProgress cases within the MOJ/OIC portals and escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate records and timely updates on a case management systemLiaise with medical experts, counsel, insurers and external agenciesAssist and mentor junior members of the team where appropriateIdentify opportunities to convert suitable claims to fast or multi-trackEnsure compliance with procedural rules and timeframes (CPR) About You: Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced personal injury file handlerProven experience handling fast-track RTA claims, including MOJ and OIC portal workSound knowledge of CPR, litigation process and relevant case lawExcellent communication, client care and negotiation skills Benefits: 25 days’ holiday + bank holidaysHoliday buy and sell schemeHybrid working model2 x volunteering days per yearMatched Giving Scheme (up to £250 for personal fundraising)Medicash health cash plan – claim back dental, optical & physio costsWellbeing app with digital physio & skin assessments, fitness videos and moreEmployee discounts and cashback offersLife assurance (4x salary)Company pension schemeDedicated Wellbeing ChampionsOngoing training and developmentRegular funded social eventsDress for your day policy If you are a motivated Personal Injury Litigator with orthopaedic RTA experience and are looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and modern firm, please apply directly via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment.#INDMALN
