With an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating and a Progress 8 score of +1.58 (4th highest in the country), they are proud of their record of helping students achieve their full potential.The RoleAs a Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant, you will: Support GCSE and A-Level students in Physics and occasionally in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths.Work with small groups and individual students to address specific learning needs and help them achieve their academic goals.Assist teachers in preparing lessons, managing classrooms, and delivering engaging content.Play an active role in the school community by contributing to extracurricular activities and STEM-focused initiatives.Gain valuable experience and training that will prepare you for a future career in teaching. About You We are looking for motivated STEM graduates who: Hold a degree (minimum 2:1) in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.Are passionate about inspiring young minds and promoting STEM education.Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.May have prior tutoring or teaching experience (desirable but not essential).
