As we scale, we are investing heavily in the quality, clarity, and consistency of our communication, both internally and externally.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented Copywriter / Communications Manager to take ownership of our company’s tone of voice and ensure all written communication reflects our brand, values, and commitment to clarity.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident producing high-quality content across multiple formats while also shaping strategic communication standards. The role includes rewriting and maintaining all customer support information, creating help guides and how-to content for our platforms, refreshing our websites, driving content for blogs and white papers, and supporting the creation of videos and social media content.You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all documentation and written materials produced by the business.Key ResponsibilitiesContent and CopywritingDevelop and maintain the company’s tone of voice across all channelsRewrite, update, and maintain all support documentation, FAQs, and help guidesProduce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and internal documentsCreate clear and accessible instructional content for both internal teams and external usersWrite white papers, case studies, and long-form content that supports market positioning and sales collateralSupport the scriptwriting and planning of informative videos for social media and the websiteProduce compelling, brand-aligned social media content across multiple platformsCommunications ManagementMaintain a central repository for all documentation and contentWork closely with product, customer success, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights and convert them into user-friendly materialsEnsure all platform content is accurate and up to date with current features and best practicesContribute to the development of long-term content and communication strategies as the company growsSkills and ExperienceEssentialProven experience as a copywriter, content writer, communications manager, or similar roleA strong portfolio demonstrating a range of content types such as guides, website copy, and blogsExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience producing clear instructional content and help documentationAbility to translate technical or product information into simple, user-friendly languageStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projectsDesirableExperience in healthcare, digital health, or pharmacy-related organisationsExperience working in SaaS or software product environmentsFamiliarity with UX writing principlesUnderstanding of SEO best practicesBasic understanding of video content planning or scriptwritingWorking ArrangementsPart-time role of approximately 2 days per week with flexibility around schedulingHybrid arrangement with occasional days in our W3, London officeOpportunities for the role to grow as the business expandsInitial 6-month contract with the potential to extend or evolve into a larger roleWhat We Are Looking ForWe are seeking someone proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about shaping how our brand communicates.
