You'll support children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them grow, build resilience, and work towards positive long-term outcomes. As Deputy Manager, you'll be hands-on, visible, and influential. You'll work closely with the Home Manager, help shape the culture of the home, mentor staff, and lead shifts with confidence and consistency.
